<strong>Encore</strong> <strong>Two</strong> <strong>User</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> Issue 1Uninstalling <strong>Encore</strong> <strong>Two</strong>> Go to the Windows Control Panel and double-click the Add/RemovePrograms application.Windows will display a list of all the installed programs.> Select <strong>Encore</strong> System Files (as shown left, as being between120-140meg), then click the Change/Remove button.You will be asked if you want to perform a Custom or Automaticuninstall.> Select Automatic and click Next.Windows will uninstall the <strong>Encore</strong> components, delete most of the <strong>Encore</strong>registry entries and remove all the temporary files <strong>Encore</strong> <strong>Two</strong> uses (yourpasswords and keys will remain on the computer so that should you needto reinstall <strong>Encore</strong> <strong>Two</strong>, you will not need to re-licence all the componentsagain).During the uninstall procedure, you may see a warning about DeletingShared Files.> If in doubt, click NO.> Click Finish to complete the uninstall, or Cancel to abort the operationcompletely.The Uninstall program will start to delete files from the hard-drive.Once <strong>Encore</strong> has been uninstalled, you will see it is no longer in theWindows Control Panel Add/Remove program list.- 223 -
