Encore Two User Manual Issue 1Uninstalling Encore Two> Go to the Windows Control Panel and double-click the Add/RemovePrograms application.Windows will display a list of all the installed programs.> Select Encore System Files (as shown left, as being between120-140meg), then click the Change/Remove button.You will be asked if you want to perform a Custom or Automaticuninstall.> Select Automatic and click Next.Windows will uninstall the Encore components, delete most of the Encoreregistry entries and remove all the temporary files Encore Two uses (yourpasswords and keys will remain on the computer so that should you needto reinstall Encore Two, you will not need to re-licence all the componentsagain).During the uninstall procedure, you may see a warning about DeletingShared Files.> If in doubt, click NO.> Click Finish to complete the uninstall, or Cancel to abort the operationcompletely.The Uninstall program will start to delete files from the hard-drive.Once Encore has been uninstalled, you will see it is no longer in theWindows Control Panel Add/Remove program list.- 223 -
