If running the SDS software, do one of the following:• Select Instrument > Disconnect to discontinue communication betweenthe software and the instrument, or• Select File > Exit to close the SDS software.2. Start the Automation Controller Software(select > Programs > Applied Biosystems > SDS 2.2.1 >Automation Controller 2.2).3. If using the SDS Enterprise Database, enter your user name and password inthe appropriate fields of the Automation Controller Log In dialog box, thenclick .4. If using the SDS Enterprise Database, specify the Session-Study associations asdescribed in “Associating Session and Study Data” on page 4-33.5.
