The TaqMan RNase P InstrumentVerification Plates are pre-loaded with the reagents necessary for the detection andquantification of genomic copies of the human RNase P gene (a single-copy geneencoding the RNase moiety of the RNase P enzyme). Each well contains pre-loadedreaction mix (master mix, RNase P primers, and FAM-labeled probe) and template.Table 7-2 illustrates the arrangement of standards and samples on each type ofTaqMan RNase P Instrument Verification Plate.
