Move the switch Down a few steps by turning the thumbwheel in the direction indicated on the arm.2. Replace the plate inside the gripper <strong>and</strong> listen for theswitch to engage:– If you do not hear the switch engage, then remove theplate <strong>and</strong> repeat steps 1 <strong>and</strong> 2 above.– If you hear the switch engage, remove the plate <strong>and</strong>continue to step a below.1. Move the switch Up by turning the thumb wheel one stepin the direction indicated on the arm.2.
