obtuvieron Hahm y Wester (2004) con el zacate navajita donde no se obtuvo un beneficio de los
biosólidos sobre la emergencia de esta especie. El zacate banderilla no germinó en ninguno de
los tratamientos, lo cual pudiera atribuírse en parte a la variedad utilizada.
CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES
Las dosis de 10 a 20 ton/ha de biosólidos en ambos métodos de aplicación tienen potencial
para mejorar el establecimiento de zacates nativos como el navajita y gigante. No se
encontraron efectos benéficos de los biosólidos sobre el zacate banderilla. Se recomienda la
aplicación de biosólidos en áreas cercanas a la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales con
el fin de reducir costos bajos de transporte de biosólidos.
