RECOMENDACIONES<br />

El uso de semilla beneficiada es importante para incrementar los porcentajes de<br />

germinación, por lo que se deben desarrollar estrategias para incrementar la calidad de la<br />

semilla utilizada, principalmente en siembras de al<strong>to</strong> riesgo, como el establecimien<strong>to</strong> de<br />

praderas en condiciones de pastizal árido.<br />

Esta me<strong>to</strong>dología permite reducir las pérdidas al eliminar los apéndices de la unidad de<br />

dispersión de pas<strong>to</strong> buffel, ya que estas aristas y brácteas que conforman el involucro son<br />

mecanismos de diferimien<strong>to</strong> de la germinación y mecanismos de dispersión.<br />
