Although the costs of DAAB shall be shared equally by
the Employer and the Contractor, some Tenderers may include this
cost in their Tender prices while others may exclude this cost to keep
their Tender prices competitive. In any event, the Employer shall
include the total amount of the above in the cost estimation for the
project at the time of appraisal by the Financier. When the Employer
prepares Tender Documents with the consultant, one half of the
above estimate should be included under the Provisional Sum.
