should not be enlarged upon by adding further details to the form,
except as absolutely necessary, and then with prior legal advice.

Date by which the DAAB shall be appointed ( Sub- Clause
20.2)
It is strongly recommended to establish a DAAB as early as possible
thus the Employer and the Engineer are advised to leave “28 days
after the Commencement Date” as being the default deadline.

The number of DAAB members will have been already decided by
the Employer and the Engineer when the project appraisal was made
