Referral and DAAB Decision
Procedural Requirements
There are only few procedural requirements for the DAAB operation.
They are as follows:
• The DAAB shall be deemed to be not acting as arbitrator(s),
Sub-Clause 20.4, third paragraph.
• Within 84 days after receiving such reference, the DAAB shall
give its decision which shall be reasoned and shall state that
it is given under this Sub-Section, Sub-Clause 20.4, fourth
paragraph.
