Die Fakultät für Architektur bietet zusammen mit der Fakultät
für Bauingenieur- und Vermessungswesen einen interdisziplinären
M.Sc. Energieeffizientes und Nachhaltiges Bauen
an. Ziel dieses fakultätsübergreifenden Studiengangs ist
ein Studium zum Themenfeld Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
in der gebauten Umwelt. Im Vordergrund stehen die
ökologische und energetische Konzeption zusammen mit
ökonomischen, sozialen, technischen und prozessorientierten
Aspekten des Bauwesens.
Der M.Sc. Urbanistik – Landschaft und Stadt wird von
dem Institut für Entwerfen, Stadt und Landschaft an der
Fakultät für Architektur getragen. Er nutzt die Kapazitäten der
beiden Masterstudiengänge Landschaftsarchitektur und Architektur
(darin Schwerpunkt Architektonische Urbanistik),
sowie das interdisziplinäre Angebot des ISW (Institut für
Städtebau und Wohnungswesen) und des ISB (Interdisziplinäres
Seminar für Baureferendare). Die 8 Professuren repräsentieren
je zur Hälfte das Themenspektrum der Stadt und der
Landschaft: 3 Städtebau / 1 Raumentwicklung / 3 Landschaftsarchitektur
/ 1 Theorie und Geschichte der Landschaft.
Die besondere politische Bedeutung, die in Bayern auf die
Entwicklung der ländlichen Räume gelegt wird, wird im
Zusammenhang mit der Stärke der Regionen München, Nürnberg
und Oberbayern/Bodensee als fördernder Hintergrund
angesehen, ein zeitgenössisches Verständnis der Urbanistik
zu entwickeln, das Stadt und Landschaft als zwei Perspektiven
einer Handlungsebene sieht.
Das Institut für Entwerfen, Stadt und Landschaft bietet im
Auftrag der Obersten Baubehörde im Bayerischen Staatsministerium
des Inneren das Interdisziplinäre Baureferendariat
(ISB) an. Das postgraduale Seminar ist wesentlicher
Bestandteil der zweijährigen Ausbildung des zukünftigen
Führungspersonals der bayerischen Staatsbauverwaltung.
Den Abschluss bildet die Große Staatsprüfung, die an der
Obersten Baubehörde abgehalten wird. Mit Bestehen wird
der Titel des Regierungsbaumeisters verliehen.
Derzeit befinden sich die zwei weiteren Masterprogramme
Lichtplanung sowie Restaurierung, Kunsttechnologie
und Konservierungswissenschaft in Planung.
The Faculty of Architecture, together with the Faculty of
Mechanical Engineering and Surveying, offers an interdisciplinary
M.Sc. in Energy-Efficient and Sustainable Building.
This inter-faculty programme is a training in the topic
areas of energy efficiency and sustainability in the built environment.
Ecological and energetic conceptualisation along
with economic, social and technical aspects are prominent
topics.
The M.Sc. Urbanism – Landscape and Cites is offered by
the Institute for Design, City and Landscape at the Faculty
of Architecture. It uses the capacities of both the Master Programmes
of Landscape Architecture (therein focussing on
Architectural Urban Development) as well as the interdisciplinary
offer of the ISW (Institute for City Planning and
Housing) and the ISB (Interdisciplinary Seminary for Building
Trainees). The eight professorships represent about half
of the range of topics: 3 city buildings / 1 spatial development
/ 3 landscape architecture / 1 landscape theory and history.
The specific political significance placed on the development
of rural spaces in Bavaria is considered in connection with
the strengths of the regions of Munich, Nuremberg and Upper
Bavaria/Lake Constance as a supportive background to
develop a modern understanding of urban development,
which perceives the city and its landscape as two perspectives
of one action level.
The Institute for Urban Design, Urbanism and Landscape
offers the Interdisciplinary Building Traineeship (ISB),
which is commissioned by the Supreme Building Authority of
the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior. The postgraduate
seminar is an essential part of the two-year training of the
future management staff of the Bavarian building authorities.
The traineeship is completed by the state examination held
at the Supreme Building Authority. The title of “Government
Architect” (in German: “Regierungsbaumeister”) is conferred
upon passing the examination.
Two further Master Programmes, namely Lighting Design
and Restoration, Art Technology and Conservation Science
are presently being planned.
