(7) Replying to queries of Director Finance <strong>NDMA</strong>/donor about finance related<br />
f. Budgeting<br />
matters funds provided by them.<br />
(1) Assist the NEOC Director and Emergency Coordinator in preparation of the<br />
yearly budget.<br />
(2) Respond to Director Finance <strong>NDMA</strong> and the <strong>NDMA</strong> regarding financial matters<br />
in consultation with Director NEOC.<br />
(3) Prepare monthly monitoring reports for NEOC Director and get it approved from<br />
Director and circulate in senior team of NEOC.<br />
(4) Ensure the effective use of approved budgets.<br />
(5) Prepare budget on financial software.<br />
g. Audit<br />
(1) Arrange and facilitate audits as per <strong>NDMA</strong> rules and regulations and donors<br />
requirements.<br />
(2) Follow auditor‟s recommendations as soon as possible.<br />
h. Person Specification<br />
(1) Graduate or master‟s degree in finance.<br />
(2) Relevant education to degree level.<br />
(3) Five years relevant working experience.<br />
(4) Good written and spoken English and Urdu.<br />
(5) Excellent knowledge of computer systems, software, networking and e-mails.<br />
(6) Impressive interpersonal skills.<br />
(7) Ability to work independently without considerable day to day support.<br />
4. Administration Officer<br />
a. Report to. Director NEOC.<br />
b. Grade. 17<br />
c. Location. Islamabad<br />
d. Job purpose. The Administration Officer/AD A&P will be responsible for effective and<br />
smooth functioning of the NEOC in Administration and procurement related matters,<br />
Procurement, organize and facilitate meetings, seminar and workshops. Post holder<br />
will also <strong>Plan</strong> and schedule all field travel, vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.<br />
Ensure that all drivers are licensed and trained. Maintain up-to-date vehicle inventory.<br />
Prepare monthly vehicle use reports, including: repair and maintenance and costs, fuel<br />
and oil use, costs of personal use if any, and inventory status reports.<br />
e. Key Responsibilities<br />
(1) Responsible for Administration and procurement related activities.<br />
(2) Maintain office filling system.
