Recovering the database (without data loss):<br />

All data from data backup t1 is imported. Some databases allow you to<br />

import only the data files that are missing. In this case, the system follows<br />

all log information written since t1 (22, 23, ...). As a final step, the log file is<br />

followed. This means that all data is now once again in the same status as<br />

at the point when the disk crash occurred.Onlyifallloginformationsince<br />

the data backup is available, with no gaps, will there be no data loss.<br />
