Recovering the database (without data loss):
All data from data backup t1 is imported. Some databases allow you to
import only the data files that are missing. In this case, the system follows
all log information written since t1 (22, 23, ...). As a final step, the log file is
followed. This means that all data is now once again in the same status as
at the point when the disk crash occurred.Onlyifallloginformationsince
the data backup is available, with no gaps, will there be no data loss.
