In addition to the actual transport function, the possibility to check all
transport steps is important. Log files are written in the transport directory
/usr/sap/trans/log for each transport step. You can display these using the
Transport Organizer (SE09).
System Demo: Display your own requests in the Transport Organizer
(SE09) by choosing the Transports button. Choose Display Log to view the
log for the export.
Choose Goto → All Logs to display all previous transport steps.
During transporting, the transport steps performed in the various
transport phases are logged. You can use the Transport Organizer to
control transports: On the right-hand side of the initial screen of the
Transport Organizer, there is a list of your transports and repairs.
By choosing the “Transports” button, you display a hierarchical display
of your released transports and their transport steps, structured by target
systems.
