All end users can send a message to your back office from any SAP
transaction by choosing Help → Create Support Message (see following
figure). This message is sent directly to the SAP Solution Manager using
an RFC connection. It is possible to sort the message using components
and to assign an urgency level to the message. External files can, of course,
be included.
