Task Create Users<br />

Create a user with the name ADMIN##, where ## is your group number.<br />

Follow the steps described below:<br />

1. Create a user (master record) with the name ADMIN##.<br />

a) Start transaction SU01. Enter the name ADMIN## in the User<br />

field and choose Create.<br />

2. Maintain the first and last names of the user.<br />

a) Choose the Address tab page. Enter the first and last names in<br />

theappropriatefields.<br />

3. Assign an initial password to the user (and remember it), and assign<br />

the user to the SUPER User Group for Authorization Checks.<br />

a) Choose the Logon Data tab page. In the Initial Password field,<br />

enter the password and press the tab key to move to the Repeat<br />

Password field. Enter the password again in this field. Move the<br />

cursor to the User group for authorization check field and choose<br />

the group SUPER using the F4 help.<br />

4. Enter a default value for the logon language for the user (such as<br />

EN or DE).<br />

a) Choose the Defaults tab page. In the Logon Language field, enter<br />

EN for English or DE for German.<br />

5. Save the user master record.<br />

a) Choose Save.<br />
