345 Basics of User Administration
This unit will introduce the basics of user administration. The focus is
on explaining terminology and the possibilities that role maintenance
provides. The creation of user master records, already familiar from the
SAPTEC course, is repeated here briefly.
Unit Overview
This unit addresses the SAP authorization concept. The focus is on
explaining important terms and creating roles and authorization profiles.
System parameters will be used to demonstrate how relevant settings
canbemadeinthesystem. Theuseofcentraldirectoryservicesisalso
introduced.
