Attention:
As standard, a default-settings policy is created, which is valid for the whole domain. Computers on
which the Terminal services component is installed enter themselves automatically as Linux terminal
servers in the policy when a domain is joined; computers on which the univention-nfs package is
installed enter themselves as file servers. The package is installed on all UCS servers (DC masters,
backups and slaves) as standard.
’[Univention Directory Manager View]’ tab
This tab is explained in chapter 4.6.
’[User quota]’ tab
Detailed information about quota can be found in the UCS quota documentation under [11].
User quota can be configured according to the quantity of files or the space occupied by files. Quota
limits are set for users during registration.
The following settings apply for all users of a directory share; it is not possible to establish different
quota settings for different users in one share.
container shares
Changes to the quota limit only apply to users when they re-login after the change is made. Users for
whom quotas are already set are not affected by the changes. Quotas for these users can be edited
