4.5 <strong>Univention</strong> Directory Manager modules<br />

This tab makes it possible to discard individual LDAP object classes for the user. Entry fields for the<br />

attributes of deactivated classes are disabled.<br />

Mail account<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object class univentionMail.<br />

Kerberos principal<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object classes krb5Principal and<br />

krb5KDCEntry.<br />

Samba account<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object class sambaSamAccount.<br />

POSIX account<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object classes posixAccount and<br />

shadowAccount.<br />

Personal information<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object classes organizationalPerson<br />

and inetOrgPerson.<br />

Groupware account<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object classes univentionKolabIne-<br />

tOrgPerson and kolabInetOrgPerson.<br />

Public key infrastructure account<br />

If this checkbox is not ticked, the user will not be assigned the object class pkiUser.<br />

Simple authentication account<br />

This option can be used for creating user objects which have only a username and a password. With<br />

these users, authentication is possible against the LDAP directory service exclusively; logging into<br />

<strong>UCS</strong> or Windows systems is not possible. If this option is activated, the object classes uidObject<br />

and simpleSecurityObject will be used.<br />

4.5.2 Group management<br />

The following policy objects can be applied/inherited to the group administration (see Chapter 4.5.11):<br />
