Show these attributes in search results
If a search is performed via a wizard, additional attributes can be displayed in the results table, apart
from the name and location of the objects. The attributes declared in Show these Attributes in
search results are shown in the results table in the form of additional columns. If a certain attribute
value of an object is not set, the corresponding field in the table will remain empty.
Show these attributes in the navigation
The output of the LDAP Browser can be extended by additional columns, which show the attribute
values of the corresponding objects. The attributes declared in Show these attributes in the nav-
igation are shown in the results table in the form of additional columns in the LDAP Browser. If a
certain object does not have the stated attribute, then the corresponding field in the table will remain
empty.
Allow Personal Univention Directory Manager settings
If this setting is activated, the user can modify the settings of the user view for his account at his own
discretion. User-made settings relating to the Univention Directory Manager layout have priority over
the presets of the relevant policy.
Attention:
If the option Allow personal Univention Directory Manager settings is activated, a user can ac-
tivate all the wizards available for his account, and thus gains read access to the data stored in the
LDAP directory, unless this access is restricted by LDAP Access Control Lists.
