Architecture (AMBA) a new bus architecture, and its low<br />
power consumption, streamlining and excellent all-static<br />

(supports STN & TFT), NAND Flash controller, System<br />
Manager (chip select logic and SDRAM controller), 3-<br />
channel UART, 4-channel DMA, 4-channel PWM timer,<br />
general-purpose I / O ports, RTC, 8-channel 10-bit ADC<br />
and touch screen interface, IIC-BUS interface, IIS -BUS<br />
interface, USB host, USB device, SD master card &<br />
MMC card interface, 2-channel SPI and the internal PLL<br />
clock multiplier[3].<br />
Programmable Logic Controller<br />
Programmable Logic Controller PC (Programmable<br />
Controller) also known as programmable logic controller,<br />
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), is a digital<br />
computing operation of an electronic system designed for<br />
industrial environment applications.<br />

Touch Screen<br />
Man-machine interface is in operation personnel and<br />

MT500 series touch screen is designed for PLC<br />
