view point of the sensors application, low-frequency<br />

signals circuit can be easier to achieved than highfrequency<br />

and the composite films has small permeability,<br />

magnetic fields insensitivity and the compressive stress<br />

sensitivity. So these flexible soft magnetic composite<br />

films are expected to become the new generation sensitive<br />

material for sensors.<br />
