in the field of commercial and industrial premises. “Here, we<br />

most recently sold a large object in Troisdorf. There are<br />

flourishing industrial parks in the entire region that are very<br />

popular with medium-sized companies. In this area, there is<br />

a lot of buying and selling going on – and the prices are<br />

reasonable“, the specialist explains. The most serious situation<br />

is found with the price scope in the commercial space<br />

sector. Whilst the 1A locations in <strong>Bonn</strong>’s city centre, in Post<br />

or Sternstraße cost up to 120 euros per square metre, re -<br />

tailers in the secondary locations can already find property<br />

starting from 13 euros per square metre.<br />
