The Stadtwerke Bonn is a community-owned company
and public services provider in Bonn and the surrounding

Being the location for the headquarters of the Climate
Change Secretariat of the UN, the federal city of Bonn has
a particular responsibility when it comes to climate protection.
Aligned to the municipal objectives, Stadtwerke
Bonn have developed climate-friendly offers regarding the
provision of electricity and heating. The purpose of this is
to promote the local energy transition. Apart from this, it
works in a resource-saving manner in waste management,
and secures mobility with comprehensive short-distance
traffic offers in the form of buses and trains.
