general trend toward digitalisation will provide new stimuli<br />
for the future of medicine. It could result in fundamentally<br />
changing the present-day health system, so that the patient<br />
can benefit from improved diagnoses and more indi -<br />
vidualised treatments. In this area, the <strong>Bonn</strong>/Rhein-<strong>Sieg</strong><br />
district already has plenty to offer. Here, too, the close co -<br />
operation among industry, science and medicine is needed<br />
to set the right mutual course for the future.
