principles and practices in the field of bilingual-bicultural education<br />

in the U.S. and in other nations. Critical examination of theories and<br />

practices related to language policy in education.<br />

FLE 6167: Cross-Cultural Communication for Teachers (3)<br />

Critically explores ways educators can establish equitable and<br />

culturally responsive classrooms. Examines theories related to<br />

language, culture, and social justice.<br />
