Background:
The Center of Studies in Statistical Genomics was created
with the objective of bringing together students in
statistical genomics wishing to deepen their knowledge
in the area. In view of the great number of students in
this line of research in both statistics and genetics, the
aim was to unite them in a single research center.
Overall Objectives:
To study, research and organize events (symposiums
and lectures) related to statistical genomics.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Genetics/Statistics: Data analysis related to studies in
the field of animal and plant genetics.
