Background:
The control and automation engineering enterprise was
founded on February 16, 2012 by the students Laís Souza
(CEO), Henrique Venga (Marketing and Communication
Director), Alexandre Monteiro (Socio-Environmental
Responsibility Director), Adriano Melão (Business Director),
Rodrigo Reviglio (Projects Director), Lucas Tiago (Legal/
Financial Director), Luan Santos (People Management
Director) and Roberto Braga (Coordinating Professor).
Estevam Roxael took over as head of People Management
on November 6, 2012. That was the managing team up to
March 21, 2013. At a General Assembly, changes were made
in coordination and positions. Three selective processes
were carried out, seeking advisors and high standards
for members. There were changes in the organizational
structure with the extinction of the Socio-Environmental
Responsibility department and the creation of the Quality
Department. There are two ongoing projects: electrical
installation at Lar Eterna Misericórdia - a homeless shelter
- and Viveiro Florestal - automated irrigation of the nursery

of the Department of Forestry Science in partnership with
Terra Jr. Seeking the professional training of members, two
courses were held: NR-10 and CLP. Each year, the company
organizes the Cycle of Lectures in Automation (CIPAut),
which offers students of the course contact with speakers
and professionals in the field of robotics.
Overall Objectives:
To offer members the opportunity to apply knowledge
related to their professional training; to encourage
entrepreneurship by giving members a professional
outlook while still at university; to give society a return on
investments through high quality services in automation.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Industrial Automation: Development and
implementation of automation projects in industries.
Handling of industrial robots.
2. Commercial Automation: Design of automated systems
to control equipment in commercial buildings such as
elevators, lighting, air conditioners and security system.
3. Agricultural Automation: Design of systems to monitor
and control environments and agricultural machinery.
4. Domotics: Home automation with the objective of
controlling household appliances, security systems and
use of renewable energy, promoting the well-being of
residents.
