One in two children (51 percent) age 6-59 months received a vitamin A supplement in the six<br />

months before the survey (Table 12.8). This is an improvement over the last five years; the 2003 DHS<br />

reported that 34 percent <strong>of</strong> children age 6-59 months had received vitamin A supplementation during<br />
