jointcommittee by thirty (30) days following ratification<br />
of this <strong>Agreement</strong>. The committee shall make<br />
decisions by consensus to revise the percentages in<br />
the supplemental salary scale contained in this<br />
Section 905.01 above based on relative levels of<br />
responsibility and number ofparticipantsinthethree<br />
(3) prior school years in the activities and sports. The<br />
joint committee shall make its recommendations as<br />
soon as reasonably possible. Its recommendations<br />
shall not increase the total cost of supplemental<br />
salaries and shall include the following supplemental<br />
duties: JV Golf, JV Tennis, Middle School Girls<br />
Volleyball, Middle School Softball and Middle<br />
School Baseball. (The total costofsupplemental<br />
salaries may increase through changes in the base<br />
salary on which supplementals are calculated.) The<br />
recommendations of the joint committee shall be<br />
implemented if approved in a written memorandum<br />
by theSuperintendent and President of the Association.<br />
