held at such times and places as are agreed to by the members<br />
of the Joint Negotiation Committee. Negotiation<br />
meetings shall be held as often as necessary between<br />
March 15 and June 1. In the event the members of the<br />
Joint Negotiation Committee are unable to reach agreement<br />
by June 1, negotiations shall be suspended for<br />
approximately forty-five (45) days. Negotiations shall<br />
resume after July 15.<br />
In the event an existing agreement between the <strong>Board</strong><br />
and the Exclusive Representative expires at a time other<br />
than immediately prior to the beginning of a school year,<br />
negotiations on a new agreement shall begin and the initial<br />
meeting shall be held no less than three (3) months<br />
and no more than four (4) months prior to such expiration<br />
date. The above provisions notwithstanding, the<br />
parties may negotiate at such other dates as may be established<br />
in any agreement or memorandum of the parties.<br />
In the event an agreement is reached, it will continue in<br />
full force and effect for its established term, and no further<br />
negotiations will take place between the parties until<br />
the schedule provided above, except for interim negotiations<br />
which may occur as provided elsewhere in these<br />
procedures.<br />
Negotiation meetings shall not be conducted during the<br />
regular school day.<br />
1501.08 Exchange of Information<br />
The <strong>Board</strong> agrees to furnish the Exclusive Representative,uponwritten<br />
request, through a person designated<br />
by the Superintendent, with such relevant information as<br />
is currently available which will assist the Exclusive<br />
Representative before and duringnegotiations, before<br />
and during any impasse procedures, and during implementation<br />
of negotiated agreements. Likewise, the<br />
Exclusive Representative agrees to furnish the <strong>Board</strong> or<br />
their representatives, upon written request, such relevant<br />
information as is currently available before and during<br />
negotiations, before and during any impasse procedures,<br />
and during implementation of negotiated agreements.<br />
1501.09 Consultants<br />
Notwithstandinganyother provision of this<br />
<strong>Agreement</strong>, up to two (2) consultants at any one time<br />
may be called upon byeither party for advice and information<br />
on matters being considered by the Joint<br />
Negotiations Committee and may participate in the<br />
negotiations. The expenses of such consultants shall be<br />
borne by the party retaining them.<br />
1501.10 <strong>Agreement</strong><br />
When an agreement is reached, it shall be reduced to<br />
writing by the Joint Negotiation Committee and be sub-<br />
