which the particular tutor is scheduled per week,<br />
as follows: fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) hours,<br />
the<strong>Board</strong> shall pay fifty (50) percent and the<br />
employee fifty (50) percent of the cost; more than<br />
twenty-five (25) hours, the <strong>Board</strong> shall pay seventy-two<br />
(72) percent and the employee shall pay<br />
twenty-eight (28) percent. Determination of eligibility<br />
and percentage contribution based on hours<br />
is set forth in Sections 1008.05–.06.<br />
19. Election of the coverages must be made during the<br />
annual open enrollment period, not to end before<br />
November 30 for tutors. Atutormaynotchange<br />
coverages except during the annual enrollment<br />
period. Ifatutordropsoutofaprogramormisses<br />
his/her share of a premium payment to the <strong>Board</strong>’s<br />
Treasurer, the tutor cannot re-enroll until the next<br />
annual enrollment period.<br />
20. The joint Association/<strong>Board</strong> Payroll Committee<br />
that includes the Treasurer or his/her designee will<br />
meet as often as necessary to review and correct<br />
procedures with regard to the bi-weekly payroll<br />
system. The parties are committed to arriving at<br />
solutions, short of the grievance process, to any<br />
unanticipated problems that may arise from implementation<br />
of the biweekly payroll.<br />
109.04 The Association shall be provided bulletin board<br />
space in the area of teacher mailboxes in each school for<br />
the posting of notices and other materials relating to<br />
Association activities. Such notices and other materials<br />
shall not include campaign materials or endorsements<br />
for candidates in local, state or national public elections.<br />
Such materials may be posted by teachers in teachers’<br />
lounges. The bulletin board space shall be identified<br />
with the name oftheAssociation and Association faculty<br />
representative(s) who has the responsibility for maintaining<br />
the bulletin board.<br />
109.05<br />
A. During the term of this<strong>Agreement</strong>,principals, assistant<br />
principals, school clerks, secretaries and other<br />
office personnel shall not distribute nor post materials<br />
fromanyemployee union or similar organization<br />
except to distribute mail which is addressed to<br />
employees by nameorexceptwherethe employee is<br />
posting or distributing materials as a function of<br />
such employee’s role in such an organization.<br />
B. The Association shall be included on a regular<br />
school building mail route.<br />
109.06 Representatives oftheAssociation shall be permittedtotransact<br />
Association business on school property<br />
at reasonable times with the approval of the principal,<br />
