Student Transfers<br />

Except for unusual circumstances, no student will be<br />

givenachangeinbuilding assignment for disciplinary<br />

and/or adjustment reasons more than once during a<br />

school year. Assignment to the I-PASS Center and<br />

approved parental/guardian transfer requests are excluded<br />

from this provision.<br />

Elementary Interim Reports and Grade Cards<br />

The completion date for handwritten elementary grade<br />

cards orinterimreportstoparents shall benosooner<br />

than three (3) school days prior to distribution.<br />

Alternative Schools<br />

In the event the <strong>Board</strong> adopts a substantially different<br />

student assignment plan, alternative school programs<br />

mayberelocated, restructured, expanded, and/or eliminated<br />

asrequiredbythe<strong>Board</strong> adopted plan.<br />

Evaluation FormsandSyllabus<br />

AjointCEA/<strong>Board</strong> Committee will be formed to recommend<br />

changes in the current teacher evaluation form<br />

and accompanying Syllabus.<br />

Elementary Art, Vocal Music and<br />

Physical Education Programs<br />

The Reform Panel will continue to study art, music, and<br />

physical education staffing patterns in elementary alternative<br />

schools and make recommendations regarding the<br />

equability of services in all elementary schools within the<br />

current staffing allocation.<br />

Job Postings<br />

To improve communications with teachers regarding<br />

teacher vacancies, the parties will mutually develop a<br />

process to facilitate the posting of jobs which are<br />

required to be posted during the school year and in the<br />

summer. This process will not interfere with the regular<br />

May 20postingof vacancies and will not require the<br />

posting of jobs that have not been posted in the past.<br />

Community Education<br />

Aschool/community task force shall be formed, by<br />

mutual agreement of the parties, toreviewthecurrent<br />

Community Education Program and to make recommendations<br />

to the Reform Panel concerning the future<br />

direction oftheCommunity Education Program.<br />

Bargaining Unit Seniority<br />

Administrators returning to the teachers’ bargaining unit<br />

shall have their bargaining unit seniority determined by<br />

the length of service as a member of the bargaining unit<br />

from their most recent date of employment by the <strong>Board</strong>.<br />

Cafeteria Premium Payment Plan<br />

As soon as the <strong>Board</strong> determines it is feasible and practi-<br />
