Memorandum of <strong>Agreement</strong><br />

The Columbus City School District and the Columbus<br />

Education Association agree on the following terms for the<br />

implementation of Section 909.02 of the CCS/CEA <strong>Master</strong><br />

<strong>Agreement</strong> for <strong>2005</strong>–2008 and 2008–2009 in light of new<br />

Article 912.<br />

1. Teachers currently (2008–2009) assigned to<br />

Livingston Elementary School shall continue to<br />

be eligible for the fifteen hundred dollar<br />

($1500) stipend under Section 909.02 unless<br />

they opt for assignment under Article 912.<br />

2. Section 909.02 shall be retained for assignment<br />

to special projects by the Superintendent, with<br />

the Superintendent to determine the length of<br />

the assignment.<br />

3. No teacher may earn both the Section 909.02<br />

stipend and the Article 912 stipend in the same<br />

school year.<br />
