Sarahpublished books and many articles about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism. She deals with the “Righteous Gentiles”, rescuers ofHungarian Jews. Sarah resides in Jerusalem.Révész MártaWeisz MártaBorn in Budapest on 23.8.1928Member of “Hanoar Hatzioni”Márta was active in the Zionist underground. She engaged in obtainingauthentic Aryan documents from the offices of the Population Registry inBudapest. She maintained contact with members of the movementwho were serving in forced labor units, helped them escape and reachBudapest. Under a false name Márta and one of her friends succeeded infinding accommodation in a girls’ hostel belonging to the fascist ArrowCross Party and to steal documents and forms from there. As their realidentity was discovered, Márta and her friend escaped to the “GlassHouse” where they stayed until the liberation of the city. Márta moved toRomania where she married Gabby Révész. She returned to Hungarywith her husband and tried to cross the border again but this time intoYugoslavia. In Yugoslavia Márta was caught by the police but managedto get free and arrive in Italy where she gave birth to her son. Shereturned to Hungary with her husband to complete her studies. Martamade aliya in 1956. She lives in Rishon LeTzion.Révész Noemi ‘Nonika’Feder Róza RáhelBorn in Nyitrabánya (Handlová) on 1.12.1919Member of “Maccabi Hatzair”Noemi’s family was from Nagytapolcsány (Topolany) in Slovakia. Sheoperated in the underground by the side of her husband Peretz, one ofthe leaders of the Zionist underground. Noemi moved to Budapest withhim and they arrived at the house of Hansi and Joel Brand. Noemioperated with forged documents and showed much wisdom. Shefrequently faced danger. She worked in Budapest as a children’s nanny<strong>Brothers</strong> for <strong>Resistance</strong> and <strong>Rescue</strong> 193
