1. Listed <strong>and</strong> approved potable water heaters when none <strong>of</strong> the following limitations is exceeded:<br />
a. A heat input <strong>of</strong> 200,000 BTU per hour;<br />
b. A water temperature <strong>of</strong> 250°F <strong>and</strong> 160 psi pressure;<br />
c. A nominal water-containing capacity <strong>of</strong> 120 gallons.<br />
2. Tanks connected to sprinkler(s).<br />
3. Portable unfired pressure vessels constructed to US Department <strong>of</strong> Transportation <strong>and</strong> Interstate Commerce Commission<br />
regulations used in such service.<br />
