1. High-pressure steam boilers: one semi-annual inspection.<br />

InSUranCe InSpeCtIOn reQUIrementS<br />

1. Reports <strong>of</strong> internal inspection must be filed with the department on <strong>National</strong> <strong>Board</strong> forms within 15 days.<br />

2. <strong>The</strong> department must be notified <strong>of</strong> suspension <strong>of</strong> insurance on account <strong>of</strong> dangerous conditions.<br />

3. <strong>The</strong> department must be notified <strong>of</strong> new business <strong>and</strong> discontinuance <strong>of</strong> insurance.<br />

CertIFICate OF InSpeCtIOn<br />

Certificate <strong>of</strong> Inspection for boilers <strong>and</strong> unfired pressure vessels, valid for 12 months, is issued by the department upon inspection<br />

<strong>and</strong> payment <strong>of</strong> the following certificate fees:<br />
