InStallatIOn permIt<br />
1. An Installation Permit from the Mechanical Section, Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety is required for all objects subject to<br />
<strong>Rules</strong> for Construction <strong>and</strong> Stamping, except Section IV boilers installed in R-3 (private residence) structures.<br />
2. Permitted installations subject to initial inspection by city inspectors.<br />
InSpeCtIOnS reQUIreD<br />
1. Objects installed under permit: inspected at the time <strong>of</strong> installation <strong>and</strong> annually thereafter by city inspectors.<br />
2. Insurance inspectors employed in field inspections must possess a <strong>National</strong> <strong>Board</strong> Commission.<br />
