4.7 SECTORS ANALYSISThe following figure summarises the GVA- R for the sectors in the district and has beenhighlighted above. As can be seen, the highest contributors to the GVA of the municipality areCommunity Services, followed by Agriculture, Finance, Trade and Manufacturing. As can be seen from the graph, the total contribution to the national share hasdeclined from 0.2% in 1996 to 0.1% in 2005. As can be seen, therewas a decline in the Community Services sector from 1996 to 1999 where after there has beena period of gradual growth with short periods of decline.
