IMPLEMENTATION PLANUmzinyathi District Municipality has prepared the implementation plans according to the National Key Performance Areas of the Five YearStrategic Local Government Agenda and they are also aligned to the departments of the municipality in relation to their implementation. Theimplementation plans serve as the alignment between the <strong>IDP</strong> and Budget, and they also unpack the strategies in terms of theirprogrammes. They also have the core functions aligned to each Key Performance Areas to be undertaken during the <strong>2013</strong>/<strong>14</strong>, 20<strong>14</strong>/2015and 2015/2016 financial years, these core functions are then aligned to the budget to facilitate the implementation.
