ALIGNMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL TURNAROUND STARTEGY WITH THE OUTCOME 9The National Government agreed to 12 outcomes as a key focus of work between now and2014. Each of the 12 outcomes requires involvement of all spheres of government and otherstakeholders outside government.
