Sales Tax Act, 1990, have immediate effect i.e. with effect from 17 th June, 2000.

AN ORDINANCE
To provide for levy of sales tax on the services rendered or provided in the
North-West Frontier Province.
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for levy of sales tax on the services
rendered or provided in the North-West Frontier Province or for matters ancillary there to
or connected there with;
