After increase in ST from
12.5% to 15%, stocks can
not be allowed @12.5%.
Partly manufactured goods
if used within the same
factory are exempt No
exemption if a unit has two
separate registrations.
Special Certificate of
Registration may be
cancelled on account of taxfree
goods received but not
exported.
The change in tax rate i.e.,
15 % is effective from
01.12.1998.
Ministry of Railways
