I am directed to invite your attention to rule 10 of SRO 151(I)/92 dated 2 nd
March, 1992 and to say that for verification of closure under this rule one Assistant
Collector of the Headquarters (Int) and one Assistant Collector of the respective Division
may be nominated as nominees of the Collector. The Circle Officers should report
verification of such closure every alternate day to the Collector in writing and verification
team should prepare a jointly signed report giving detailed causes for closure. The
