SALES TAX GENERAL ORDER NO. 40 /2008

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act,
1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following further amendments
in its Sales Tax General Order No.10 of 2007 dated the 13th September, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid General Order, in the Table-,
(a) against S.No.133 in column (1), in column (2), for the words ―Thal Jute
Mills‖ the words ―Thal Limited‖ and in column (3), for the figure
―0402531000164‖ the figure ―1201841500164‖shall be substituted; and
(b) after serial number 161 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries
relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
