EXTENSION IN DUE DATE FOR FILING OF SALES TAX
AND FEDRAL EXCISE RETURN BY THE REGISTERED
PERSONS FOR NOV, 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990
and section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased
to extend for the registered persons who have deposited payment by the stipulated dates,
the due date for filing of Sales Tax and Federal Excise Return of the tax period Nov,
2008, up to 25 th December, 2008.

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales
Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following
further amendments in its Sales Tax General Order No.07 of 2007 dated the 13 th
September, 2007, namely:-
