5. Record sorter will place the record on the proper location under intimation to the<br />

Record Superintendent for updating the status of the record in computer.<br />

6. If the record is already given to some other office / section on a previously<br />

received requisition slip, the record Superintendent will place the fresh requisition slip in<br />

a separate folder titled as ―Request‖. He will instantly intimate the position to the officer<br />

Incharge, who after examining he urgency of the request may call back the record from<br />

the officer who has the current custody thereof.<br />

7. On obtaining the record back, the above procedure shall again be followed for<br />

fresh issuance of record;<br />

[NOTE: Record shall be issued in totally and not in bits & places.]<br />
