Otherwise and on breach or failure in the performance of any part of this
condition, the same shall be in full force.
And the President shall, at this option, be competent to make good all the loss
and damages by enforcing his rights under the above written bond.
I / We declare that this bond is given under the order of the Federal Government
for the performance of an act in which the public are interested.
Unless sooner cancelled by the Collector of Sales Tax, this bond shall remain in
force and bank guarantee / insurance guarantee shall continue to be operative and remain
valid until such time any liability persists against the obligor(s).
