<strong>United</strong> <strong>States</strong> held 22 Uyghurs <strong>in</strong> the Guantanamo Bay deta<strong>in</strong>ment<br />

longer enemy combatants (NLECs)” <strong>and</strong> released <strong>in</strong> subsequent<br />
