Program Focus / The case study method
Over the course of 10 days, participants are challenged by faculty and colleagues to examine and rethink their organizations
and develop a strategic outlook to improve the effectiveness of their own organizations.
The «Executive Management Program» integrates interactive classroom sessions with structured and informal small-group
sessions. The case study method encourages participants to assume the roles of the managers and executives involved as
they analyse and discuss the management challenges presented.
Under the faculty‘s guidance and probing, participants gain exposure to many different scenarios.
