universe, of which the name necessarily enters
into the name of Elohim."

exists) upon the Earth, has its spiritual
counterpart also to be found on High, and there
does not exist the smallest thing in this world,
which is not itself attached to something on
High, and is not found in dependence upon it.;

The idea of the Upper ideal but real and true,
and the lower apparently real, but in truth
changeable and untrue, goes through the entire

Creation! Vertiginous movement, immeasurable

different pointing: to make plain, distinct, to
explain, elucidate. Aleph is now placed in the
middle-it is the eternal mediator who explains
the true meaning of creation in darkness. see
575.
Lead. The metal attributed to Saturn, the
32nd path, and to dominion and slavery. The
alchemist had much to say about transmuting
this "base metal" into gold. Relates to the
physical plane of manifestation. In Rabbinical
Hebrew ehbar is a limb, part, organ; and "to be
strong, hard". Hence "Pillar of fruitfulness" [is]
related to TOq, the sacred foundation.
In K.D.L.C.K. (p.22) gives: penna, ala: it
membrum, et quidem genitale. (""limb, wing:
that is, a member, indeed the genital [or
reproductive organ]". Referring to the Zohar,
prologue [3B, p.141 "What was hitherto sealed
up and unproductive in the word bara has by a
transposition of letters become serviceable, there
has emerged a pillar of fruitfulness: for Nl3 has
been transformed into l3N (organ), which is the
sacred foundation on which the world rests."

11 (Ben), the son, and R7l (Rauch), the life-
breath or spirit.
